About Glasses:

  • What are Polarized lenses?

A Polarized lens is a sunglass lens that greatly reduces the glare from light that is Polarized horizontally, meaning the light reflecting off horizontal surfaces, such as a white sidewalk, a white-sand beach, snow, or sunlight reflecting on water.

  • What are mirrored lenses?

Mirrored lenses are created with a highly reflective coating that reduces glare by reflecting light away. These sunglass lenses are highly functional yet also fashionable. Veda Vision offers different mirror colors for options, check out the lens color in product descriptions.

  • What is the difference between polarized lenses and dark tints? 

Polarized lenses are known for cutting out glare and light intensity which is very noticeable when light reflects off of water, snow, and sand. Dark lens tints are known for only cutting down the intensity of light. Some instances where dark tints are beneficial over polarized lenses is if you are using a digital screen outdoors. This is because polarized lenses will darken your view of the screen. Polarized lenses are known to improve visibility with driving, especially in severe weather conditions, therefore making you a safer driver.

  • What frame style is best for my face shape?

  • What can I do if my frames don't fit perfectly?

About Policy:

  • Do you guys provide customer support during weekends / holidays?

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

  • Can I modify/cancel my order after I've placed it?

If your orders are unfulfilled, you can cancel or modify your order, please email our customer service team via vision@vedatinda.com And once an order has been shipped out, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In this case you can return your package when you receive it. If you place several orders and contact us within 24 hours, we can combine them under one shipping fee and refund the other shipping fees.

  • Payments and Coupon codes

We now accept 3 payment models: Paypal, Visa and Master cards. All are safe, easy, and trust-worthy global payment methods. We will also provide some coupon codes at times which will save you pretty much dollars. Kindly pay attention to our subscription newsletter.

About Shipping & Returns:

  • When will my order arrive?

Normally our warehouse will process your orders within 36 hours. Orders to the USA typically arrive in 7-10 business days once shipped. Orders outside the USA can take 10-15 business days. It depends on your shipping address

Please note: Our top priority is the health and safety of our staff and customers, this has caused a slight delay in our processing times but don’t worry, we got your back! As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number and if you are still confused with the tracking with your package, please contact us by vision@vedatinda.com.

  • Can I return my orders?

We cherish all of our customers and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.   • My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at vision@vedatinda.com for assistance.

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and items inside, take some clear photos related and contact us as soon as possible.
